Résumé Les réseaux permettent aux P.M.E. de compenser la faiblesse de leurs potentialités en leur donnant accès à des ressources complémentaires de toutes natures, en leur fournissant les compétences, les informations et les conseils nécessaires, et en leur servant souvent de marché pour leurs produits et services. Cet article s’attelle à la tâche d’explorer une nouvelle vertu que les dirigeants de P.M.E. peuvent tirer de leur appartenance aux réseaux : celle de rendre leur vision plus claire et articulée. En outre, se fondant sur un rappel des fondements théoriques des réseaux et de la vision, l’article propose une typologie des relations entre la vision des dirigeants et le réseau d’appartenance. Quatre types de relations y sont présentés : la myopie réticulaire, la vision cloîtrée, la vision réticulaire et le réseau visionnaire.
