Abstract

Cette etude a pour objectif l'amelioration des performances d'un bitume par incorporation d'un dechet de polymere recycle. La matiere de base est un dechet a base d'ethylene vinyl-acetate lequel a subi au prealable une dereticulation par l'ozone en milieu solvant. L'incorporation du dechet ozonise dans le bitume montre que la temperature de ramollissement et la penetrabilite du bitume dependent des conditions operatoires d'ozonisation. L'etude des facteurs d'ozonisation et de leurs influences sur la temperature de ramollissement, penetrabilite et indice de penetrabilite est realisee par une matrice de Doehlert. Les resultats experimentaux obtenus montrent que le bitume modifie a une bonne penetrabilite ainsi qu'une temperature de ramollissement relativement elevee.
