Abstract
Abstract Ce travail est consacre à une approche théorique et expérimentale du problème de l'évaporation au‐dessus d'un corps à symétrie de révolution soumis à un flux de densité constante. Les équations régissant les transferts de masse et de chaleur sont développées dans le cadre de l'approximation de la couche limite laminaire et dans l'hypothèse d'un flux d'évaporation pariétal obéissant aux conditions de la première phase de séchage. Nous présentons les résultats numériques obtenus dans le cas du disque tournant et de la sphère tournante. La validation expérimentale est basée sur la pyrométrie et la thermographic infrarouge. Des comparisons avec les résultats théoriques sont faites dans le cas du disque tournant.
