Abstract
Bei 58 operierten Hallux valgus-Patienten (70 Füße) wurden Druckverteilungsmessungen beim Gehen durchgeführt und ihr Abrollverhalten mit dem von 111 fußgesunden Normalpersonen verglichen. Alle Probanden waren nach der Methode nach Keller/Brandes operiert worden. Obwohl das Ergebnis der Operation von 95% der Patienten als gut oder sehr gut beurteilt wurde, zeigte sich, daß die Operation nicht wieder zu einer normalen Fußmechanik führte. Die Lastaufnahme und der Spitzendruck unter dem Hallux zeigten sich beim Halluxkollektiv gegenüber dem Normalkollektiv deutlich reduziert. Der Hallux hatte im OP-Kollektiv seine wichtige Funktion für den Abdruck des Fußes vom Boden verloren. Vor allem erhöhte Belastungen unter dem III. Metatarsalkopf scheinen in Hinblick auf Folgeerkrankungen (Metatarsalgie) bedenklich zu sein.
