Abstract
Résumé Impossible d’y échapper : l’environnement économique dans lequel les entreprises évoluent désormais favorise la mise sur pied d’équipes dites «virtuelles», ces équipes dont les membres, souvent géographiquement ou temporellement dispersés, collaborent principalement grâce à la technologie. Gérer une équipe virtuelle ou en être membre n’est toutefois pas chose facile. Ce mode d’organisation du travail bouleverse nos façons de faire habituelles. En étudiant cinq paradoxes inhérents au travail en équipe virtuelle, cet article expose plusieurs défis auxquels font face les chefs de projet et les membres des équipes virtuelles et présente des stratégies qu’ils ont mises en place afin de mener leur équipe au succès.
