Abstract
L’entrée de la subjectivité et de la conscience, comme thème de recherche dans le champ psychologique, nous a conduit à une réflexion sur les conditions épistémologiques et méthodologiques requises pour atteindre un tel but. Cet article offre, tout d’abord, une revue critique des principales pistes tracées depuis un siècle par différents chercheurs afin de saisir la nature de cet aspect du fonctionnement psychique. Puis nous proposons, par le biais de l’approche egoécologique, une nouvelle manière d’aborder ce problème.
