Confront une croissance des effectifs tudiants plus rapide que celle du corps enseignant, la vtust de ses infra-structures et une pnurie de locaux, l'enseignement suprieur voit dans l'utilisation des TIC (technologies de l'information et de la communication) et dans l'enseignement distance une rponse cette crise.
