No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The improved consecutive message transmission and adaptive buffer control (ICMTABC) collaboration model proposed in this paper is an enhancement of the existing CMTABC version. The motivation is to provide better collaboration performance for distributed applications, such as network-based computer-supported cooperative design. The enhancement is achieved through better reliability for end-to-end communication channels over the Internet. The CMT and ABC mechanisms are adaptive; the former improves message transmission and reception and the latter prevents message loss due to buffer overflow at the reception side. The anticipative capability of the ICMTABC framework comes from the convergence algorithm (CA) element, which is an internet end-to-end performance measurement (IEPM) mechanism that predicts the mean message response time of a communication channel quickly, responsively and accurately. The CA predictions provide the basis for computing the QoS factors needed by CMT and ABC for anticipative and adaptive control.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
