Abstract
Résumé Le présent article a pour objet l’analyse de la démarche d’internationalisation des entreprises argentines au moyen de l’évaluation des facteurs microéconomiques et macroéconomiques, tant à l’échelle locale qu’à l’échelle internationale, qui déterminent les caractéristiques de l’expansion des firmes argentines hors du pays grâce aux investissements directs à l’étranger. Dans la première partie, on décrit les étapes de l’internationalisation des entreprises argentines, en soulignant l’importance croissante de ce courant depuis quelques années. Ainsi, les investissements directs à l’étranger sont en voie de devenir pour l’entreprise un moyen stratégique de définir son positionnement à long terme. Dans la deuxième partie, on relève l’importance, pour les entreprises et la société, de prendre en considération les nuances du phénomène de l’internationalisation et les arguments d’ordre économique au moment de la prise de mesures qui aideraient à renforcer ce courant.
