Abstract
Résumé Les fêtes romaines des « Saturnales » permettaient de reporter la domination au lendemain. La dette a besoin de ses saturnales. Les entreprises en bénéficient depuis longtemps, grâce à de multiples exonérations qui effacent leur dette sociale. Pour les salariés, que personne ne songe à exonérer, la Banque de France propose toutefois des consignes utiles et suggestives, sur quelques moyens pratiques d’échapper aux dettes privées, avant qu’elles nous écrasent. Cet article observe ces deux formes de saturnales bureaucratiques.
