Abstract
S’il est aujourd’hui possible de travailler n’importe où, n’importe quand, grâce aux technologies mobiles, cette recherche qualitative menée auprès d’une vingtaine de cadres et de professionnels québécois montre que ces derniers ont des attitudes ambivalentes en la matière. En effet, d’un côté, ils sont soucieux de ne pas laisser le travail envahir leur vie personnelle; d’un autre côté, ils aimeraient profiter pleinement de la flexibilité offerte par les technologies mobiles, mais celle-ci n’est pas toujours permise par l’organisation du travail.
