Abstract
Au carrefour de deux domaines de recherche : celui qui porte sur les minorités francophones au Canada et celui qui s'intéresse au milieu associatif et organisationnel, se posent bon nombre de questions : quel est le profil des leaders de la communauté ? quelle est leur attitude à l'égard du français ? quels sont les motifs de leur engagement ? quels sont les défis auxquels doivent faire face les organismes qu'ils dirigent après l'État-providence ? Une enquête auprès de 346 représentants d'organismes de la population francoontarienne permet d'éclairer ces questions.
