Abstract
Les problématiques de violences conjugales nous ont confrontés à une mise en question de différents modèles thérapeutiques et à la nécessité d’en intégrer certains éléments, en tenant compte des niveaux de complexité, dans une approche clinique adaptée aux phénomènes de violence: la clinique du réel. Celle-ci associe et prend en compte les caractéristiques présentes dans ces situations: la dimension psychotraumatique, l’impact des violences sur la santé globale à court, moyen et long terme, la responsabilité des actes, la responsabilisation quant à la protection et l’engagement relationnel du couple. Du fait des particularités des problématiques de violence, les auteurs proposent de traiter ces caractéristiques de façon différenciée dans le temps et les settings.
