Pour faire entendre, littéralement, la spécificité de la parole de Réjean Ducharme, nous avons recouru aux textes des mystiques des xvie et xviie siècles. On retrouve, dans la parole opérante de Ducharme, la parole foisonnante et transgressive des mystiques, la posture marginale et la manière de traiter les questions de l’impossible et de l’absolu dans la langue. Il s’agit de lire ensemble Ducharme et les mystiques pour envisager l’énonciation dans son travail sur les limites du langage et sa forme spécifique de structuration du sujet. L’énonciation mystique permet ainsi de penser les questions de l’écriture, du désir, le travail de la langue, de l’absolu et de la transcendance de la lettre d’un point de vue embrassant autant la structuration religieuse et la psychanalyse que l’analyse du discours.
