Abstract
Partir d'un bon pas pour un avenir meilleur est un projet de recherche mis sur pied par le gouvernement ontarien. Il vise l'application de programmes de prévention primaire dans le domaine de l'adaptation comportementale et affective d'enfants âgés de moins de huit ans et vivant dans des communautés socio-économiquement défavorisées. Le projet mise sur l'intégration des services offerts par les agences et les associations qui desservent la communauté de même que sur la participation active des membres de la communauté dans l'élaboration, la mise en oeuvre et la gestion du projet. Le présent article s'intéresse à l'intégration des services en présentant la démarche et les étapes suivies par les organismes de Cornwall pour réaliser cette intégration de même que les éléments du projet qui ont favorisé ou qui ont nui à cette intégration.
