Abstract
L’article défend la nécessité de redéfinir l’approche de l’éthique de l’aide publique au développement (EAPD) pour interroger prioritairement la transformation des formes de gouvernance de l’action publique liée à une nouvelle vision des relations internationales et de la coopération entre acteurs publics et privés. Dans un tel cadre, les approches principialistes et participationnistes de l’EAPD s’avèrent insuffisantes. La nouvelle gouvernance pose d’abord des questions de gestion de l’innovation et de réduction des risques. Celles-ci exigent un cadre d’évaluation éthique attentif à une gouvernance réflexive de la transdisciplinarité et des contraintes de transition vers une « durabilité forte ».
