Abstract
Résumé La réalisation d’une performance environnementale serait plus aisée si l’entreprise pouvait la mesurer. Cet article propose un modèle de mesure de la performance environnementale basé sur trois composantes : la composante stratégique, la composante opérationnelle et la composante relationnelle. Ce modèle précise les composantes, les relations entre elles et les indicateurs de mesure de chaque composante qui peuvent être utilisés partiellement ou totalement selon les caractéristiques du secteur d’activité de l’entreprise et selon ses autres particularités.
