Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the impact of the intellectual capital investment onorganizational innovation in Jordanian industrial public shareholding listed companies (JIPSLC). Correlationanalysis and regression analysis was conducted. The application of this study was limited to managers anddeputy managers in (JIPSLC) in 2012, and the result of this study on the implications of validity and reliabilityof the tools in the study was used. The result support the hypothesis that the positive relation between intellectualcapital investment, and organizational innovation. The results extend the understanding of the role of IC increating organizational innovation and building competitive advantage for (JIPSLC). Some guidelines areoffered about issues related to IC, which should be taken into account in order to increase organizationalinnovation within (JIPSLC).
