Par un arrêt Préfet des Alpes Maritimes c/Maroussitch , en date du 28 avril 2000, le Conseil d’Etat vient de répondre que les étrangers ont droit au respect de leur vie privée en considérant que la reconduite à la frontière d’un ressortissant ukrainien, vivant en concubinage avec un Français depuis plusieurs années et justifiant par ailleurs d’une forte intégration en France, avait porté à ce dernier une atteinte disproportionnée au droit au respect de sa vie privée.
