Abstract
Le choix d’une seule langue commune, dans les relations internationales, est d’une importance qui ne se limite pas seulement à résoudre les problèmes de communication. Il suppose aussi le choix d’un territoire expressif, où aura lieu une dispute plus profonde d’un ordre culturel plus vaste, dont la dimension juridique comprend le débat, en fonction du sens véhiculé par les mots. La domination d’une seule langue, dans les relations internationales, cache des intentions et des effets politiques et économiques qui se répercutent sur la vie d’un pays, sur sa culture juridique, par conséquent. Il ne s’agit pas de nier l’utilité de l’adoption d’une langue commune, mais de défendre la légitimité à la recherche d’une société globale et d’accepter le pluralisme linguistique avec ses cultures juridiques nationales.
