Abstract
Grâce à l’étude des entretiens réalisés auprès des visiteurs de l’exposition Ni vu, ni connu, les auteurs analysent la perception et le comportement des visiteurs face à la technologie RFID : ils mettent en avant les freins et les avantages de l’utilisation de cette technique de traçage et en particulier la nouvelle relation ainsi susceptible de s’établir entre le visiteur et le musée.
