Abstract
The selective aerobic oxidation of alcohols to the corresponding carbonyl compounds occurs effectively “on water” in the presence of Pd nanoparticles (blue circles) supported on a novel nano-fibrillated mesoporous carbon (Pd@IFMC). The 3D-electron tomogram of Pd@IFMC is depicted on a drop of water (as the background) to highlight the “green” feature of the process. For more information see the Full Paper by B.
