Abstract
Cet article explore les usages de l’application de géo-localisation Facebook Places au moyen d’entrevues menées auprès de ses usagers. Il fait valoir l’importance de considérer certains dispositifs affectifs, plus spécifiquement l’amitié, afin de comprendre les usages autrement que selon des objectifs utilitaires. Les usages de Places produisent un sentiment de familiarité dans certains lieux et transforment ainsi les manières d’habiter l’espace de ses usagers.
