Nombreuses sont les difficults de matrise et de valorisation des droits de proprit attachs l'innovation collaborative. La littrature indique une relation ngative entre le niveau d'ouverture du processus d'innovation et la dtention des droits de proprit. Toutefois, elle ne prcise ni le type de collaboration ni la nature des partenaires. travers l'tude de cinq studios de jeu vido, nous mettons en vidence que l'ouverture du processus d'innovation par une collaboration ferme avec des partenaires implique une relation ngative entre niveau d'ouverture et dtention des droits de proprit intellectuelle. l'inverse, une collaboration ouverte sur des communauts d'utilisateurs conduit un lien positif.
