Abstract
La vision d'ensemble qui gouverne la réforme des services de santé et des services sociaux traduit le repositionnement de l'Etat dans le domaine sociosanitaire et exprime la volonté des pouvoirs publics de solliciter les acteurs de l'entraide et de la solidarité communautaire à oeuvrer dans le sens de cette réforme. En contrepartie, ces organismes communautaires seront soutenus financièrement par les pouvoirs publics après avoir été reconnus par ces derniers. Or, l'examen de cette démarche de reconnaissance étatique du communautaire, objet principal du présent article, révèle qu'elle pourrait avoir une portée plus complexe sur le sens de l'agir communautaire que ne le laisse paraître la proposition conviviale de l'Etat.
