Abstract
Le processus graduel d’intégration des Amériques, notamment sur le plan commercial, a déjà donné lieu à plusieurs accords plurinationaux en matière de travail. Ces ententes peuvent se regrouper en deux grandes tendances, ou familles, compte tenu à la fois de leur finalité, de leur contenu normatif et des modes de contrôle de leur application. Les accords auxquels les États-Unis et le Canada ont adhéré se distinguent ainsi d’autres instruments, dont ceux du mercosur . Quel est l’impact de ces différents accords sur les droits nationaux en présence ? Malgré la diversité de ces instruments et de celle de ces droits nationaux eux-mêmes, se dirige-t-on vers une graduelle uniformisation continentale du droit du travail ?
