Abstract
L’objectif de ce texte est de décrire comment une formation-action ergonomique à l’analyse réflexive collective des cadres de direction des lieux d’accueil de la petite enfance d’une collectivité territoriale, en France, leur a permis de prendre conscience d’une partie de leurs activités et de les faire reconnaître, notamment, par les cadres politiques et administratifs de la municipalité. Cette approche a permis d’améliorer les conditions de travail de l’ensemble des personnels et de proposer des transformations dans l’organisation du secteur de la Petite Enfance.
