Cet article présente les particularités et les enjeux de la formation des athlètes-artistes du Cirque du Soleil. Il dévoile les coulisses d’une transformation propre à l’entreprise : le passage de l’athlète à l’artiste. Ce cas illustre comment une organisation peut préserver et améliorer sa créativité grâce à la formation de ses recrues. À travers cette recherche, nous mettons en avant les conditions de succès à respecter pour favoriser l’intégration et le plein engagement du personnel dans une culture de créativité : faire de la formation pour accompagner le développement de l’entreprise, favoriser le développement personnel à travers la créativité dans une tâche spécifique, mettre l’accent sur la pratique, construire une culture de la rétroaction incitative et lutter contre l’érosion des apprentissages.
