Abstract
À l’aide d’une analyse de contenu d’un corpus de la presse généraliste suisse romande, cet article examine la représentation médiatique du don et de la transplantation d’organes. Cette représentation est caractérisée par un discours global de légitimation de la greffe centré sur la figure du malade et sur la rhétorique de la pénurie, et par la rareté des énoncés critiques ou discordants. Loin d’une mise en débat, la presse construit un consensus autour du don d’organes comme activité médicale, geste moral et institution sociale.
