La santé et la sécurité du travail (SST) constitue une des problématiques importantes de la gestion des ressources humaines. L’objectif de cet article est de faire une recension de la littérature sur les coûts de la SST et la gestion de ceux-ci. Ce travail permettra de mieux comprendre quels sont les coûts et les avantages de la SST, qui sont les acteurs qui les assument et comment ceux-ci peuvent améliorer la gestion des coûts de la SST.
