Abstract

Cet article, issu d’une large revue de la documentation, fait le point sur ce qu’il est convenu d’appeler la « gestion réseau », c’est-à-dire la gestion de systèmes reliés en réseau afin d’atteindre des résultats souvent inaccessibles à chacune des composantes de celui-ci. L’article vise à permettre de mieux comprendre cette structure particulière, sa mise sur pied, sa gestion et sa pérennité. Il se veut aussi un guide pour les établissements du système de santé et de services sociaux du Québec qui, depuis la réforme de la santé de 2005, sont appelés à se déployer en mode réseau afin de collaborer quant à l’organisation des soins et des services selon cette formule.
