En application de la loi du 17 Juin 1998, les dispositifs de soins ambulatoires aux Auteurs d’Infraction à Caractère Sexuel (AICS) s’affinent. Ils s’appuient sur le cadre légal de l’injonction de soins et confie au médecin coordonnateur la mission d’évaluer la qualité du travail thérapeutique réalisé par le patient probationnaire. En Rhône-Alpes, les plateformes référentielles (PFR) ont été créées au sein de CMP volontaires à la suite du plan de prévention de la récidive de 2009. En lien avec le CRIAVS (Centre Ressource pour les Intervenants auprès des Auteurs de Violence Sexuelle), elles répondent à quatre missions : accueillir, évaluer, orienter et éventuellement soigner. L’expérience de la PFR roannaise aborde la question de l’aspect qualitatif des soins et de l’évaluation du risque de récidive, sans réduire la personne aux actes qu’elle a commis.
