Abstract
Résumé Cet article porte sur les pratiques d’une enseignante de français dans le cadre de l’expérimentation du programme scolaire québécois, enseignement secondaire. Notre étude s’appuie sur des recherches portant sur l’analyse du travail enseignant (Durand, 1996 et 2001 ; Tardif et Lessard, 1999 ; Barrère, 2001 ; Lessard et Tardif, 2003), où les pratiques enseignantes sont comprises en tant qu’« activité complexe » de nature « interactive » (Tardif et Lessard, 1999). Plus particulièrement, notre article met en évidence le « travail réel » de l’enseignante par rapport au « travail prescrit » par le programme scolaire. En ce sens, il s’intéresse au travail de planification, de mise en œuvre et de régulation d’une situation d’apprentissage (SA). Les données, issues d’entrevues et des observations in situ , ont permis de constater un processus laborieux et complexe où se combinent appropriation (faire sien le programme), transformation (changer, adapter et ajuster) et création (bâtir une SA) du nouveau programme.
