"Os cantores do Senhor": três trajetórias em um processo de industrialização da música evangélica no Brasil

Abstract
Em especial nas duas últimas décadas, visando atingir o segmento evangélico que está se expandindo rapidamente no Brasil, várias empresas, de diferentes setores, se especializaram na fabricação de "produtos evangélicos". No conjunto dessas empresas, a indústria fonográfica tem se destacado e contribuído, juntamente com as rádios do segmento, para a adoção de um estilo mais industrial na produção e na divulgação dos álbuns evangélicos. Neste artigo, a partir da trajetória de três cantores evangélicos, procuro compreender a maneira como eles se posicionam em relação às novas condições profissionais mencionadas. Além disso, pretendo indicar alguns problemas e "fissuras" que passaram a ocorrer no meio musical evangélico a partir da incorporação de uma lógica mercantil e industrial.
