Abstract
La littérature existante sur le thème des diasporas est aujourd’hui très abondante, et elle remet en question la manière dont cette notion était traditionnellement définie. Accompagnant le développement accéléré des mouvement migratoires qui s’opèrent conjointement avec les formes de la globalisation économique, cette littérature met désormais en cause un ensemble de définitions concernant les communautés diasporiques, en soulignant par là les difficiles questions de la formation, de la transformation et du maintien de l’identité culturelle. Elle remet également en question la place et le rôle du politique, en mettant en jeu le rapport entre territoire et ommunauté.
