Abstract
L’Art de superviser des stagiaires est un programme de formation du CNFS — volet Université d’Ottawa visant à outiller les superviseurs qui accompagnent des stagiaires dans leur processus de professionnalisation. Ces ateliers, offerts en ligne ou en présentiel aux professionnels de la santé et des services sociaux oeuvrant dans les communautés francophones minoritaires au Canada, abordent des thèmes comme l’évaluation du rendement et la gestion de conflits. Des données recueillies par questionnaires indiquent qu’à la suite de la formation, les superviseurs se sentent plus à l’aise et intègrent dans leurs tâches de supervision des stratégies et des outils d’encadrement.
