Abstract
Cet article rend compte des univers de sens auxquels se réfèrent des infirmières et des travailleuses sociales en CLSC (Centre local de services communautaires) pour dire et concevoir leur intervention. Ces univers permettent de repenser les questions identitaires en focalisant le regard au plus près de la tâche à réaliser. Là se trouvent certaines conditions du développement pratique de la transdisciplinarité.
