Abstract
Résumé Depuis le séisme du 12 janvier 2010 en Haïti, l’OIF œuvre pour aider ce pays fondateur de l’Agence de coopération culturelle et technique (aujourd’hui OIF) dans la reconstruction physique, matérielle et morale du pays. Soucieuse de voir le plan de refondation de la république d’Haïti se traduire en actes dans les plus brefs délais, la Francophonie a mobilisé les compétences et les énergies, engagé des moyens exceptionnels, fédéré au sein d’une même dynamique de partenariats et de solidarité les opérateurs spécialisés dans la gestion en urgence des catastrophes majeures.
