Abstract
The original technique for scleral fixation of an intraocular lens using fibrin glue requires an assistant to grasp and hold an externalized haptic with forceps. We present a modification of the technique in which the externalized haptic is maintained by a silicone “tire” without the aid of an assistant. Financial Disclosure Drs.
