Abstract
L'auteur décrit les étapes de l'évolution récente des modes de détermination de la rémunération du travail en Pologne: un mouvement progressif vers la régulation conventionnelle, à différents niveaux, des avantages salariaux. Les accords nationaux, ou pactes sociaux, consécutifs aux grèves de 1980, avaient marqué la désapprobation d'un système centralisé et dominé par les normes étatiques et marqué l'amorce d'une réforme fondée sur une autonomie accrue des entreprises. Des lois de 1982 et de 1984 ont été en ce sens, sous réserve de normes minimales nationales fixées par le gouvernement. Mais, jusqu'où aller dans ce processus de décentralisation ? Tranchant différentes questions doctrinales, une loi du 24 novembre 1986 laisse place aux conventions sectorielles et prévoit aussi des conventions professionnelles, à l'intérieur de la politique socio-économique de l'État, tant en réitérant la volonté du législateur d'accentuer la détermination conventionnelle des salaires au niveau de l'entreprise. Quant aux accords nationaux, proposés par la doctrine, ils ne sont pas prévus, mais certaines possibilités d'extension de la méthode conventionnelle à ce niveau également résultent de cette loi de 1986.
