Abstract

Nous avons synthetise une resine epoxyde par condensation de l'hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene avec le 2,3-epoxy-1-propanol en presence de triethylamine, pour obtenir le Hexaglycidylester Cyclotriphosphazene (HGCP). Sa structure a ete confirmee au moyen de spectroscopie IR-TF et RMN 1 H, 13 C, 31 P. La resine epoxyde obtenue est ensuite reticulee thermiquement, avec la methylene dianiline (MDA). La stabilite thermique de cette resine thermodurcie avec la methylene dianiline (MDA) a ete etudiee par l'analyse thermogravimetrique (ATG), et comparee a celle du diglycidylether du bisphenol A (DGEBA). Les gaz degages pendant l'analyse ATG en atmosphere air ont ete etudies au moyen de la thermogravimetrie couplee a la spectroscopie infrarouge a transformee de Fourier (TG-FTIR), alors que les residus solides ete analyses par FTIR. La resine thermodurcie a montre une meilleure stabilite thermique a temperature elevee avec de plus grands rendements de residus charbonneux a 500°C par rapport a la resine conventionnelle DGEBA.
