Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Road users in the United Kingdom have been exposed to tolling for as long as tolling has been in existence around the world. However tolling in the UK has been primarily limited to tolled crossings or to a small number of specific charging schemes. In other parts of Europe, North America and Australasia, with a shift towards tolling motorways (or highways) significant progress has been made in the use of toll regimes/applications and designs/implementations. One such development that has brought significant benefit to nations or regions is Toll Interoperability. This paper briefly looks at the concept of Toll Interoperability and explores it as an essential element for the United Kingdom to move towards the next era of tolling. (10 pages)

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
