Abstract
La majorité commence à se rendre compte que la démocratie – notion ésotérique – n’est devenue finalement qu’un instrument du pouvoir pour justifier des exactions infondées, alors qu’elle est avant tout un outil incontournable pour renforcer la cohésion de la société et la tranquillité nationale, ce qui est synonyme de paix, d’une république pérenne mais aussi de développement économique, social et culturel. La démocratie n’est pas un modèle qu’il s’agit de copier, mais un objectif qui doit être atteint par tous les peuples et assimilé par toutes les cultures ; elle a besoin des citoyens qui, en la vivant en eux, la font vivre pour tous.
