Abstract
La contrainte de financement des PME est un sérieux frein à leur dynamisme technologique. L'objet de ce texte est d’étudier dans quelle mesure le projet «Technopoles» peut constituer une réponse adéquate à cette contrainte de financement. Dans une première partie, nous montrons dans quelle mesure le projet « Technopoles » n’a pas engendré de synergies financières significatives. Dans une seconde partie, l’approche en termes de flexibilité financière permet d’identifier les conditions sous lesquelles les technopoles peuvent constituer une réponse adéquate aux contraintes de financement. La territorialisation est alors une condition nécessaire, mais non suffisante, au développement technologique.
