Résumé Ce texte présente des extraits d’une entrevue menée auprès d’un conseiller en rémunération des expatriés travaillant pour une grande société-conseil au Québec. Ce dernier exprime, dans des mots simples et concrets, les particularités et les tendances en matière de rémunération des expatriés. Il décrit aussi les risques et les principaux défis auxquels font face les dirigeants, les cadres, les professionnels des ressources humaines, les employés à l’étranger et les consultants dans ce domaine.
