Abstract
La tendance actuelle en matière d'application des mesures de protection privilégie la réalisation d'actions concertées mettant à contribution les réseaux naturels et les ressources de la communauté. Cette tendance, qui se traduit notamment par une volonté d'augmenter le recours au plan de services individualisé (PSI), entraîne une modification de la pratique des intervenants professionnels qui se voient confrontés à de nouvelles exigences et à des tâches différentes. Plusieurs de ces intervenants sont méfiants face à ces transformations qu'ils associent à une déqualification de leur travail et à une réduction de leur autonomie professionnelle. C'est du moins ce que laissent transparaître les résultats d'une étude sur l'utilisation du plan de services individualisé en protection de la jeunesse.
