Elaboration et caractérisations optique et structurale des nanocristaux semi-conducteurs de ZnSe dans des films de polystyrène obtenus par la méthode spin-coating

Abstract
·Des nanoparticules de ZnSe incorporees dans des films de polystyrene ont ete deposees par la methode spin-coating sur des substrats en verre. Des mesures par diffraction des rayons X (DRX) et spectrometrie micro-Raman ont permis de confirmer l'incorporation du ZnSe dans la matrice de polystyrene. La structure des cristallites de ZnSe est cubique et le rayon moyen est de l'ordre de 10 nm. La caracterisation optique par la spectroscopie UV-visible a montre un decalage du seuil d'absorption vers les grandes energies par rapport au cristal massif et la presence d'un pic du a la creation d'excitons dans les nanocristaux de ZnSe. Le spectre de photoluminescence est forme par quatre bandes situees aux positions 2,867 eV, 2,633 eV, 2,366 eV et 3,039 eV.
