Abstract
La dimension des valeurs ainsi que le cadre conceptuel reflétés par les modèles de changement planifié appliqués à l’éducation n’ont pas été présentés dans les écrits. Cette étude avait pour but d’identifier la dimension théorique de 47 modèles de changement planifié appliqués à l’éducation ainsi que de démontrer l’importance pour un praticien de tenir compte des dimensions «valeur» et «cadre conceptuel» lors du choix d’un modèle de changement. À partir de trois courants théoriques majeurs, une nouvelle taxonomie de modèles de changement planifié est proposée : les modèles rationnels, systémiques et cybernétiques. L’article décrit ces trois catégories de modèles et vérifie leur évolution à partir de 1957.
