Abstract
Le sujet psychotique dont le délire est à fleur de peau ne formule pas la demande que s’opère chez lui une transformation. Celle-ci s’avère d’autant plus menaçante pour le Moi fragile qu’elle n’est tout simplement pas mentalisable lorsque prédomine l’oralité au sein du fonctionnement psychique. Fondé sur des observations cliniques, cet article situe les modalités manger/être mangé dans le contexte de l’intervention auprès de patients psychotiques adultes. L’incorporation du sujet au sein d’un espace symbiotique, puis transitionnel, est comprise comme préalable au processus d’individuation.
