Abstract
La démarche clinique (DC) est l’outil fondamental que doit maîtriser tout clinicien. Cet article expose ce qu’est la DC en l’illustrant de cas réels et présente les principaux modèles cognitifs la soutenant (notamment la théorie des scripts). Nous y discutons des pièges de la DC ainsi que de son impact sur le travail interdisciplinaire, l’emploi judicieux des technologies et l’enseignement médical.
